Q- How do I book an appointment?
A - You can contact us via DM on Instagram to book, or use our online booking service by clicking โBook Nowโ on our home page. On the day appointments can be requested via DM only.
Q - Do I have to pay a deposit?
A - As it stands no deposit is required. However, a no show or on going cancellations, or if you cancel less than an hour before your appointment will result in you not being booked in again in the future.
Q - What is the latest time I can change my appointment?
A - In most cases I will be flexible to accommodate, depending on how busy I am. This will be discussed with the client. Date changes should be completed within 72 hours of your original booking. However, depending on some circumstances this will be voided and honoured.
Q- Is it a cash only policy or will you take card?
A - I will accept cash on the day. Bank transfer can be completed after treatment, I wonโt have a card machine. The client must transfer the amount owed before I leave, if no payment is received this will result you not being booked in the future.
Q - What extra precautions are you taking for COVID-19?
A - Myself and all clients have to wear a mask. Hand gel will be provided on my arrival to be used by myself and the clients I am working with. In regards to nails - I will be using disposable files and Sanatising My UV lamp and metal tools inbertween clients to maintain a safe working environment. If you experience COVID symptoms you must inform Chloe straight away to be re booked in.
